We make sure to send you products in the safest way possible, but sometimes there is a tiny possibility that the products get damaged internally or externally. If any product has a default from our side, then  we are liable to refund your amount.

Here are a few easy things you need to know in case you have received a damaged or defective product.

  • You have 15 days to return the default or damaged product.
  • It is mandatory to present the original bill/receipt for the product.
  • The return parcel must have all the original items.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be granted after our quality team examines the product.
  • No refund or exchange will be granted if the product has been tampered with, opened, or repaired by a third party.

Terms for return or exchange: 

  • Please email your complaint to the email id-  care@coolnut.in.
  • Courier the product to our office address.
  • The damaged product should be sent to the office within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product will be first examined by our quality check team, & then you will be informed via email about the further process.

Conditions for Approval of Return or Exchange:

  • If you are eligible for the refund process, your amount will be credited to your account.
  • If a refund is not approved, depending on the report from the quality team, you will be eligible for an exchange where you can exchange for the same product or any other product/s summing up to the bill amount for exchange.

In the case of Rejection:

You will not be eligible for an exchange or refund for a defective product if:

  • The product has been opened by a 3rd party for repair.
  • If 15 days refund period expires.
  • You will be informed via email about the process.
